Hillcrest Hospital Pryor was named one of Leapfrog’s Top Hospitals for 2023 at the Leapfrog annual meeting and award dinner in Washington, D.C. Hillcrest Pryor took home the award for Top Rural Hospital and is one of three Oklahoma hospitals to receive this recognition.
The Leapfrog Top Hospital Awards are widely acknowledged as one of the most competitive awards American Hospitals can receive. The Top Hospital designation is bestowed by The Leapfrog Group, a national watchdog organization of employers and other purchasers widely acknowledged as the touch standard-setters for health care safety and quality.
To qualify for the Top Hospitals distinction, hospital must rank top among peers on the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, which assesses hospital performance on the highest standards for quality and patient safety and achieve top performance in its category.
