Hillcrest Pryor was once again named as one of Leapfrog’s Top Hospitals for 2024 at the annual meeting and award dinner in Washington D.C. For the second consecutive year, our facility was named a Top Rural Hospital and is one of only three hospitals in Oklahoma to receive this prestigious recognition.
The Leapfrog Top Hospital Awards are widely acknowledged as one of the most competitive award hospitals in the U.S. can receive. They are bestowed by The Leapfrog Group, a national watchdog organization of employers and other purchasers widely acknowledged as the tough standard-setters for healthcare safety and quality.
To qualify for the Top Hospital distinction, hospitals must rank top among peers on the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, which assesses hospital performance with the highest standard for quality and patient safety and achieve top performance in its category.
